Eh, yeah, the timeline stuff is probably my fault, but I felt I ought to keep things moving since nobody was biting.
Once we figure out what Claire's trying to accomplish we can maybe retcon things so they work sequentially, but I'm not really wanting to back the story up.

If the offer of taking the hat out of the pack is no longer in play, I will further modify my latest game post and have Claire get on with other business.
It's fine by me either way, just let me know so I can change it if need be.

No no, let's roll with it. It just REALLY caught me off guard when Claire was about to blow up the bunkroom.

Hehe.. Is all good. In other news: I'm working on a new ship. for testing. ;D I find it amusing that one of it's engines costs almost as much as all of Bethesda: ENGINE 4000 Rating [Weight:B][Cost:D][Power:A][Stats:C][Dura:D] Cost: $36,000 Bethesda (T1 Condor, Prison variant), ~$44,000 It's very nice engine, though.

((Since my hide roll was higher than their spot rolls, can I assume now that I am hidden? But the other 2 were spotted? Staying hidden takes an action, drawing a weapon takes an action, and then I'd have to stay hidden and then get to shoot the next round, correct? Or since it's not a "combat round" yet I can just draw and shoot? EDIT: Also, am I eligible for a surprise ranged attack?))

((Not in combat yet so you can do whatever you like, really. And yep you're still hidden. I'm going to say you aren't close enough for a ranged sneak though. Though I'll re-look over the rules in a bit here.))

FFFFFFFFFFF---- No I didn't even see the change till just now. I edited the post because I missed a bit of math that could have changed the result. If you want a do-over on that last action I'll give it to you, but no more after this.

The fate of the universe is in my hands... nah let's just roll with it. It's time to get some action going. And I'll edit my post to put it back to how it was.

((Since Tom and Dex both spent a round moving towards one another, and it's two rounds to reach their perspective locations from one another, would they meet this round?
Question class: If tom is moving 60 miles per hour and leaves the station at one o'clock...))

((Ehh.. Actually they're a fair distance away from each other, but I was gonna say you'd meet after the next round.. Of course if nobody wants to shoot at Stefan anymore we'll be back in Free RP which would make it more or less immediately, as far as the posting is concerned. We we'll see what who wants to do next.))

((Just wanted to say, regarding the events of the day... that.. uh.. well, let's just put it this way: When I fired up the forums this morning I read the newer posts, and then facepalmed. And then went outside. I had to go outside so I could laugh for like 30 seconds. I can definitely say it's going to be an interesting day or two. Just uh.. Just remember.. No hard feelings, alright? ))

((HAHAHAHAHAHA oops First you guys whine that I'm not shooting enough, then you complain when I shoot. Make up your minds, people. Now, I'm assuming that Rick never got a glimpse of me, since I had shot through the trees and he turned and ran. If I were to try to talk to him, would he recognize me or not?))

Hehe.. The whole shooting the guy on the beach was a little silly, but.. well.. It did generate some entertainment value. And hopefully could result in a little character or story development.. So while it maybe wasn't the most intelligent move in-character it was still an okay one, from a game standpoint. From a GM's standpoint it gave some of my NPCs the chance to define themselves pretty strongly, which for me is nice. (Though, obviously I don't recommend going loose cannon ALL the time, once in a while it can make for a fun game. And in case anyone is wondering, Yes, I AM the kind of GM that'll let you do something that breaks the story... I'll just think up another one and move you to it, (that's the nice thing about the forum format.. lots of time to think.) ...Though there will of course be consequences to your actions. And you should be advised that NPCs in this game tend to have long memories. ) Anyway, game isn't busted, but did it make the crew's life on the island harder...? Probably. >.> But hell it's all fun and games, and since there's no real way to 'win' at this game other than have fun, a little more challenge should just make things a little more fun... Hopefully, anyway.
