I'm trying to get Slice to come play. I think I have perked his interest

Hooray! More players would be great. My personal playtest had 4 Wretches in it and I think less than that might make things a bit more difficult than intended... I'm still trying to rope more of my friends in, hopefully I can get a few more. Having Slice around would be fun so I hope he joins.

I am pretty sure I convinced him to join. He had me email the link to him at his work email.

Can you clarify how the healing pool works?
Can we sit in it until our health goes to 20?

Can you clarify how the healing pool works? Can we sit in it until our health goes to 20? Hell naw, they cap off at a certain point. That particular one goes to 5. They only restore 1 hp/round so you'd have to soak for about a real-time month to get a full heal to 20 anyway. It's basically a way for peeps to heal up a bit if they're stuck without any coin. Note that you only heal if you -end- your round in one, so if you start there and then move out it won't proc.

Well.. Nah, I'm not that evil, besides it's a champion version of the weakest mob that exists. =P In terms of pure stats it's not actually much tougher than some other mobs you've seen so far. But it does have some HP, is more aggressive than most ratlings, and has 1 special ability.
If you try to 1V1 it you'll probably get eaten, but if y'all group up you can probably kill it without too much hassle.

Oh shit, you bastards have been doing a secret game!? No wonder everyone was being so quiet in the battlepod thread...
(Yes, I know you posted about it, but that was a long time ago and I am a very forgetful person!)

(Yes, I know you posted about it, but that was a long time ago and I am a very forgetful person!) WHO TOLD YOU ABOUT THE SECRET GAME!?!? Oh I mean.. Yes.. Yeeeessss. WD is the secret, yes... Hehe.. I did mention it only once and then shut up about it, pretty much because I didn't want people to think I was shilling for my forum in my LP thread. You can't really blame WD for Bpod's faltering, though. WD occupies a spot of time that's usually the hour before I go to bed, whereas Bpod happened mostly at work because my home computer is too old and stupid to want to deal with .ai files the size that Bpod likes. If you wanted to hop in WD though, you're welcome to. I have to be careful to keep calc time down but I think there's room for a few more folks.

Are the grey clover-like things on the floor the respawn points? If so, what happens then a monster tries to respawn on an occupied point?

Can we push a monster (a light one, like a rat or something), or only objects?

Can we push a monster (a light one, like a rat or something), or only objects? By default, only certain objects. Usually it'll be pretty obvious which ones.

So, had some free time today so I tried my hand at a demo of a more detailed version of a WD map, just to keep up on my Illustrator Skillz, and work out some processes to speed up further work. Anyway, just wanted to show y'all, and maybe the next run of WD won't be quite so bare.
