FIGHTER LAUNCH BAY (Remote Launcher)
It's nice to know that even in these days of automated, computerized flying death machines streaking across battlespace, there is still a place for intrepid starpilots and their little fighters. Fighters are equipped with small but fairly punchy rapid-fire lasers, and can harass enemy ships as well as intercept missiles and torpedoes. Best of all, they don't blow themselves up every time they attack like missiles do.
-Build rules-
• Must be placed on the exterior of the ship and have an unobstructed output.
• Must be connected to Fighter Hangar (Listed Below)
• The facing determines the spawn square of the Fighter. Fighters cannot be launched into an occupied square.
-Effects-
• Launches a Fighter (Stats and rules below)
• A ship may not have more Fighters in flight than it has Launch Bays. Fighters without 'homes' are forced to retreat immediately and must be removed from play.
+Fighter flight
• Fighters begin moving the turn after they are launched.
• Fighters have a speed of 10, and can change facing without any movement cost.
• Fighters -must- move 10 squares per turn. If they are not able to, they are removed from play.
• Fighters cannot cross their own paths during their move.
• Fighters cannot reverse direction at the beginning of a round.
+Fighter Attacks
• Fighters may only attack through their forward firing arc.
+Destroying Fighters in flight
Fighters can be targeted by weapons and destroyed on a roll of 2 or lower.
+Collisions
Enemy ships and Fighters may pass through a square occupied by a Fighter. If an enemy Ship stops in the same square as the Fighter, the Fighter will be displaced to a random open adjacent square. If no open square exists the Fighter is considered to have been unable to avoid being rammed by the Ship, and is destroyed.

ATTACK FIGHTER HANGAR
Fighters are quick and armed with compact but punchy laser cannons, capable of damaging ships.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attack Fighter Stats:
[Damage: 1(x2)][Range:5][Speed:8][Energy: 2 to Launch][Size:3]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Build rules-
• Must be placed next to a Launch Bay.
• May be daisy-chained with other Attack Fighter Hangars
-Effects-
Fighter [3/3]

==============================================
INTERCEPTOR HANGAR
Interceptors are fast and maneuverable, and armed with quick-cycling pulse cannons that are ideal for destroying remotes like missiles and other fighters, but too small to penetrate the shields or armor of ships.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Interceptor Stats:
[Damage: 0(x4)][Range:5][Speed:9][Energy: 2 to Launch][Size:2]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Build rules-
• Must be placed next to a Launch Bay.
• May be daisy-chained with other Interceptor Hangars.
-Effects-
Interceptor [3/3]

GUNSHIP HANGAR
Gunships are slow but very heavily armed, and equipped with armor that is proof against small weapons fire.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gunship Stats:
[Damage: 1(x3)][Range:5][Speed:4][Energy: 2 to Launch][Size:5]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Gunship Armor-
• Gunships are heavily armored and can only be destroyed by attacks which do 1 damage or higher.
-Build rules-
• Must be placed next to a Launch Bay.
• May be daisy-chained with other Gunship Hangars.
-Effects-
Gunship [2/2]
