SPARE GEAR ========================================================================
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION =============================================================
She meets your eyes but just barely over her glasses. Her dark hair contrasts with her light skin, but the beads she has woven in catch the light and add an element of charm to her otherwise shadowy appearance. The bright colors of the beads match those of the gems around her neck and wrists. An aura of magic is held within each one. Even the chain around her hips is covered in the same types of stones, and it’s as you’re staring at her hips that you realize she’s hovering above the floor. She’s a dainty creature to be sure, but the way she stare you down over her glasses... there’s spitfire in this tiny girl she’ll just waiting for an excuse to come out.

CHARACTER HISTORY ================================================================= Rae was raised in the house of Count Drakemoore on the edge of Ravenswood forest. As the rumors have no doubt mentioned, this is a dark place where only creatures of the night reside. With her only friends being ravens, bats and books, she longed for the joy and wonder her storybooks promised was awaiting her in towns and cities. Places where children play in the streets and true love is hardly more than a wishing well away. One night traveling minstrels passed through the small village her father’s castle looked over. She fell in love with the music and the colors and the joy it brought to those in attendance. But not nearly as much as the leader of the troop. Quinn, a Ka-Vretka halfbreed with horns adorned with gems and a tail laced with tiny cymbals that would chime as it swayed. She had dark skin and red hair and Rae was overwhelmed with emotion. After watching the show and receiving an orange scarf from Quinn as a momento, Rae danced herself home only to run into her fathers stern face and aggravated demeanor. His eyes flared when he saw the scarf. “Never in six generations has a Drakemoore ever brought such a color through these doors!” Flames lashes from his hands, burning the scarf to cinders while it still clung to Rae’s neck. She cried out as the flames burned her skin before extinguishing. He father stormed off back into the recesses of the castle.
Rae was devastated and hurt from more than a mere flame spell. She gathered her most cherished belongings and ran away with the minstrels. Quinn was a bit surprised to see the young girl join them on their travels, but chose to take her on as an apprentice. “No good bard can get away on just a pretty smile, find your story, find an audience, and when you’ve found a name for yourself, I’ll be back”
TITLES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS ========================================================
Lady Raven Drakemoore daughter and heir of The Drakemire and the Drakemoore obsidian mines
POSSESSIONS ========================================================================
She carries with her an obsidian dagger. It’s far too fragile for combat, and too treasured to use as a tool. It was the last gift her father gave her, and despite everything she cherished it.
